Terms of sale

ONE36TY is a small independent studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It makes and sells digital products: spreadsheets and templates, printable and illustrated books, original music, and prompt libraries.

Every product on this site is a digital file or a set of files. Nothing is shipped. There is no physical item, no subscription, and nothing to install unless a product page says otherwise.

Product pages state the format, the price in US dollars, and what is included. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; any tax your country requires is shown before you confirm.

When you buy a product you get a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use it:

• Templates and spreadsheets: for yourself, your household, or one business you own or work for.
• Books: to read, to print at home, and to read aloud to your own children or a class you teach.
• Music: under the specific licence named on the product page, which governs and overrides this paragraph.
• Prompt libraries: to generate your own work, including commercial work.

What you may not do, with any product: resell it, give it away, publish it on another store or file-sharing site, include it in a bundle or course you sell, or pass it off as your own. If you want to do something not covered here, write and ask - the answer is often yes.

Access is immediate. The download link arrives on the confirmation page and by email from whichever payment provider handled the sale.

If a link does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder first, then email hello@one36ty.com from the address you paid with and the file will be sent directly. This is a common, easily fixed problem and it is never treated as your fault.

When a product is improved, buyers get the new version at no cost through the same link. Files are not deliberately removed, but a product can be retired from sale - keep your own copy of anything you rely on.

The finance templates and calculators are tools for organising your own numbers. They are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, they are not a substitute for a qualified professional, and no outcome is promised or implied. UAE gratuity and payroll calculations follow published rules as we understand them; your employment contract and the current law govern, not a spreadsheet. Check anything that matters with someone qualified.

These are inexpensive digital tools sold as they are. To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Everything on this site - files, text, artwork, music and page design - is owned by the studio or its authors, and is protected by copyright. Buying a product licences its use; it does not transfer ownership.

These terms can change. The version in force is the one published here on the day you bought, and the date above tells you when it last moved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
